Architectural illustration of a home connected to roof imagery, property records, weather history, and a now-next-later plan.
Your report distinguishes available evidence, informed estimates, and questions that still need a physical look. See the methodology.

Useful before it is urgent

A better roof plan protects more than the roof.

It can preserve your choices, make household budgeting more predictable, and surface questions early enough to handle them without turning every roof conversation into an emergency.

1

Plan before the roof sets the schedule

A clearer view of age, condition, and unanswered questions gives you more time to budget, compare advice, and choose the right next step.

2

Buy or sell with better context

Bring roof history and open questions into the conversation before a late inspection, repair request, or insurance question changes the deal.

3

Turn a storm or stain into a useful record

Separate what is documented from what is only possible, preserve a dated baseline, and know what a qualified professional should verify.

How it works

From an address to a conversation you can use.

  1. 01

    Start with the address

We use the property location to find the correct roof, imagery, available records, and recorded weather history.

  2. 02

    We organize the roof evidence

RoofPredict separates what is observed, what is estimated, and what still needs an on-site look. Uncertainty stays visible.

  3. 03

A person walks you through it

We call to confirm the details, explain the findings in plain language, answer questions, and build a practical now, next, and later plan.

RoofPredict may assign one roofing professional from our growing network when a physical look would improve the answer. We explain the introduction first, and you are never required to hire that company.

Built for a decision, not a scare

A report that shows its work.

Every property has gaps. A useful report makes those gaps visible, helps you find the missing facts, and tells you when a confident answer requires someone on the roof or in the attic.

What we can establish
Available roof history, property details, weather context, and visible condition signals tied to the right home.
What we estimate
A roof-age range and planning horizon, with the evidence and assumptions behind them instead of a false exact date.
What should happen next
Items to monitor, records to find, questions to ask, and any areas that deserve physical confirmation before a larger decision.
Example homeowner roof reportAn illustrated summary page from a 10 to 15 page roof analysis showing an estimated roof age range of 17 to 21 years, condition and risk findings, and a recommendation to plan a replacement within two to four years.PROPERTY REPORT17–21years old (estimated)

Why start with RoofPredict?

Useful roof information. A person to talk it through.

We bring available property records, imagery, and roof history together, then help you understand what is documented, what is estimated, and which questions deserve a closer look. Your report and personal walkthrough are free; you decide what happens next.

Inside the Roof Report

  • Imagery, available records, weather history, and homeowner context are considered together
  • Estimated age is discussed separately from documented installation records
  • The walkthrough explains the available information and what an on-site look may need to confirm
  • Missing information and open questions are part of the conversation
  • Your questions help focus the practical next steps

If an on-site look would help

  • If an on-site look would help, we can discuss an introduction where a professional is available
  • We explain the reason for the introduction before you decide whether to schedule a visit
  • Ask the company about current credentials, insurance, and the written scope before hiring
  • Any roofing work is a separate decision and agreement between you and the company
  • You choose whether to schedule a visit or hire anyone

Network coverage and data availability vary by market. Our methodology explains the evidence hierarchy, field-confirmation rules, and current limitations. Read how RoofPredict works.

Straight answers

What happens after you request a report?

What is a Roof Report?

It is a property-specific review of the roof information available for your home. RoofPredict organizes imagery, available property and permit records, recorded weather history, and the details you share into clear findings, estimates, open questions, and next steps. We then call to walk through it with you.

Why do you need my phone number?

The personal phone walkthrough is part of the service, not an add-on. We call to confirm that we are looking at the right roof, add context that records may miss, explain what the report does and does not show, and answer your questions. RoofPredict does not publish a general homeowner phone line yet, so the number you provide is how we reach you.

Will a roofing professional contact me?

RoofPredict may assign one professional from our network when an on-site look would improve the answer or help with a requested project. We tell you who is being introduced and why. You are not required to schedule a visit, buy anything, or hire that company.

How does an introduction to a roofer work?

If an on-site look would help, we can discuss an introduction where a roofing professional is available. We explain the reason for the introduction, and you decide whether to schedule. Before hiring, ask the company about current credentials, insurance, and the written scope. Any roofing work is a separate agreement. See the methodology for more about the process.

Can this tell me for certain whether I need a new roof?

No remote review can confirm every roof layer or hidden condition. The report is designed to narrow uncertainty and make the next decision better. If a conclusion depends on flashing, decking, attic moisture, attachment, or another detail that imagery cannot establish, the report should call for an on-site check.

How is the Roof Report free?

RoofPredict may receive a referral or marketing fee from a roofing company if a homeowner chooses to work with a professional in our network. The Roof Report and walkthrough are available to the homeowner at no charge, and there is no requirement to hire anyone.
