The problem
Your team has plenty of data. The hard part is knowing what to do next.
Addresses live in one place, weather in another, measurements in a PDF, and homeowner follow-up in somebody's notes. Busy crews lose time turning those pieces into a useful next step.
RoofPredict brings those inputs together, shows the strongest opportunities first, and gives your team a clear report and follow-up path for each home.
A better starting point
Put the most useful opportunities at the top of the list.
RoofPredict combines available roof-age indicators, property records, and recorded weather history. Your team sees what supports each priority—and where the data is an estimate that still needs an on-site look.
- Prioritize likely aging roofs and recent weather exposure without treating either as a damage verdict.
- See the source and confidence behind the result before your team acts on it.
- Keep your areas, customer records, and follow-up inside one team workflow.
- Roof age estimate
- 18–22 yr
- Recorded hail
- 2 events · ’21, ’23
- Recorded wind
- Elevated exposure
Strong signal. Inspect the roof to confirm.
Bring an address you know. We'll show the available evidence, the estimate, and what still needs field verification.
Where the money is
One workflow from first opportunity to homeowner follow-up.
Use the records you already have, add the evidence your team needs, and keep the next action obvious.
Work your own book first
Connect or import past customers and estimates, then review which records have new age or weather reasons to revisit.
A focused follow-up list.
Give field teams a starting point
Rank an area using available property, age, and weather signals, with the uncertainty visible before a rep heads out.
Less guesswork in the field.
Explain the opportunity clearly
Create a branded homeowner report that turns supporting records into plain language and one clear inspection request.
A better homeowner conversation.
Carry the work forward
Bring reviewed measurements, photos, source documents, and homeowner details into proposal preparation and follow-up.
Fewer dropped handoffs.
The operating win
Your crew knows where to go, what to show, and what happens next.
That is easier to repeat than another spreadsheet-and-text-message process.
How it works
3 steps. A few minutes. That's it.
Bring the homes you care about
Choose a neighborhood, paste addresses, or connect the customer records you already have.
Review the signals and sources
See age estimates, property details, and recorded weather together, with uncertainty called out before anyone acts.
Give every home a clear next step
Share a homeowner report, prepare the proposal inputs, and keep outreach and follow-up attached to the property.
A consistent homeowner conversation
Give every rep something useful, accurate, and easy to explain.
A clean, branded report brings the property details, available roof-age evidence, and recorded weather into one homeowner-friendly view. Your rep can explain why an inspection is worth considering without presenting a model result as confirmed roof damage.
- A useful starting point before the on-site roof inspection.
- The homeowner sees the records and limits behind the recommendation, not a mystery score.
- Your logo on every page. Looks like your company built it.
- One inspection request that can flow into your follow-up process.
The software keeps the evidence and next step consistent. Your trained roofing team still makes the inspection and the professional recommendation.

No games
Straight talk on what this does, and what it doesn't.
Roofing runs on trust. We'd rather tell you the truth up front than oversell you and lose you later.
It is not a shared-lead marketplace
You choose the records and areas your team works. RoofPredict helps organize and prioritize them; it does not resell the same homeowner inquiry to competing roofers.
It does not replace measurements
Detailed roof measurements and a RoofPredict priority answer different questions. Use your measurement provider when the job reaches that stage.
Roof age can be an estimate
The result should show a range and its supporting sources. If the records are incomplete, the uncertainty stays visible until your team verifies it.
Weather history is context, not damage proof
A recorded hail or wind event helps explain why a roof deserves a look. Only an inspection can confirm the condition of that roof.
Questions
Questions roofers ask.
Is this just leads you're reselling?
No. We don't sell you shared leads that five other roofers already bought. You pick where to work, your crew works it, and the customers are yours. We just make the knocking and mailing you already do land on the right houses.
What's it cost?
It depends on the homes, workflow, and team you need to support. In the demo, we first show how RoofPredict fits your work. Then we can give you the options and pricing that apply—no card or commitment to see it.
Is this just AI hype?
No. Models help organize property, roof-age, and weather signals, but they do not inspect a roof or close a job. Your team reviews the evidence, verifies the condition on site, and makes the professional recommendation.
How do you know how old a roof is?
We combine available imagery, property records, replacement signals, and other source data into an age range. It is not a guaranteed installation date. The range, sources, and uncertainty should stay visible so your team can verify it.
Does this only work after a storm?
No. You can start from a neighborhood, an address list, or past customers and estimates in your CRM. Recorded weather is one useful input, not the whole value of the workflow.
Doesn't Zillow or Google already show me old houses?
A house's build year is not the same as its roof age. RoofPredict looks for available roof-specific and replacement signals, then keeps the result as a range when the record is incomplete.
I already use EagleView. Isn't that the same thing?
They answer different questions. Measurement tools support estimating and production. RoofPredict helps your team decide which homes to review, what evidence to show, and how to keep the homeowner workflow moving. They can work together.
Do my guys have to learn new software?
The field and homeowner views open in a browser, so a rep can use a phone or tablet without installing a separate homeowner app. Managers still have setup and review tools, but the everyday next action is kept plain.
Is my data mine?
Your account data is private to your team and the authorized services needed to operate the product, under our Privacy Policy. RoofPredict is not a marketplace that resells your customer list to competitors.
